Waiting time analysis for a queueing system with time‐limited service and exponential timer

We consider a single‐queue with exhaustive or gated time‐limited services and server vacations, in which the length of each service period at the queue is controlled by a timer, i.e., the server serves customers until the timer expires or the queue becomes empty, whichever occurs first, and then takes vacations. The customer whose service is interrupted due to the timer expiration may be attended according to nonpreemptive or preemptive service disciplines. For the M/G/1 exhaustive/gated time‐limited service queueing system with an exponential timer and four typical preemptive/nonpreemptive service disciplines, we derive the Laplace—Stieltjes transforms and the moment formulas for waiting times and sojourn times through a unified approach, and provide some new results for these time‐limited service disciplines. © John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 中锰铸钢坦克履带板连接筋的喷丸强化处理

针对新研制的中锰铸钢坦克履带板装车考核中的特点,提出了对连接筋实施喷丸强化处理的预强化方案.分析了喷丸强化层的组织和硬化特性;还通过连接筋的3点弯曲疲劳试验,探讨了喷丸强化对连接筋疲劳裂纹形成的影响.研究认为,对中锰铸钢坦克履带板连接筋进行喷丸强化预处理,是提高其整体使用寿命的重要途径.

Analysis of a finite‐buffer bulk‐service queue with discrete‐Markovian arrival process: D‐MAP/Ga,b/1/N

Discrete‐time queues with D‐MAP arrival process are more useful in modeling and performance analysis of telecommunication networks based on the ATM environment. This paper analyzes a finite‐buffer discrete‐time queue with general bulk‐service rule, wherein the arrival process is D‐MAP and service times are arbitrarily and independently distributed. The distributions of buffer contents at various epochs (departure, random, and prearrival) have been obtained using imbedded Markov chain and supplementary variable methods. Finally, some performance measures such as loss probability and average delay are discussed. Numerical results are also presented in some cases. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 数字化部队指挥网络系统效能评价模型

以结构熵理论为基础,分析数字化部队作战指挥信息网络系统组织结构对系统内信息流的影响,从信息的角度对系统组织结构的有序度进行评价,引入信息流的时效和质量的概念,建立定量评价系统结构有序度计算的时效质量模型,结合系统数据传输业务效能的评价方法,形成作战指挥信息网络系统整体综合效能的评价模型。最后辅以实例。     

基于复杂网络理论的C2组织网络拓扑结构研究

根据C 2组织结构的特点,基于复杂网络理论和网络中心战思想,将C 2组织中的各作战单元、指控节点等作为节点,它们之间的信息流动作为边,构建C 2组织的网络拓扑结构。经过仿真分析,推出其内部具有无标度性、小世界性等复杂网络特性,这对于进一步将复杂网络理论应用于C 2组织的研究提供了理论依据并具有积极的意义。     

综合环网通信协议的研究

本文根据LAN(局域网络)的现状和发展趋势的讨论,指出光纤环网是未来综合业务局网的优选网络,提出了适合于ISRN(综合业务环网)中综合业务交换的帧结构,给出了ISRN中的通信协议的分层描述,提出了实现边界移动的方法,实现了以信令格式和边界可动策略为基础的信令处理软件。     

海湾战争与舰船维修

在论述舰船战时雏修保障重要作用的基础上,总结了美海军在海湾战争中实施战前检修及战时抢修的基本活动和经验,提出了我军舰船战时维修保障建设的基本思路及措施。
